Spring Mountain Rehab sends the following categories of SMS messages:

We do not send promotional marketing or advertising messages via SMS.
Messaging Frequency
Message frequency will vary depending on your appointment schedule and care program. You may receive up to a few messages per week during active treatment periods.
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to text messages sent to or received from Spring Mountain Rehab. Spring Mountain Rehab is not responsible for carrier charges.
How to Opt Out or Get Help
“Reply STOP to opt-out; Reply HELP for support; Message and data rates may apply; Messaging frequency may vary.”
- To stop receiving messages: Reply STOP to any text message from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
- To get support: Reply HELP to any text message, or contact us directly at (702) 869-4401.
- Opting out will not affect your clinical care. You may continue to receive appointment calls from our staff.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to participate in our SMS program. By providing your phone number and consenting, you confirm these conditions are met.

Contact Form — SMS Consent Checkbox
If your website’s “Keep In Touch” or appointment request form collects a phone number, the following checkbox and disclosure must be added. The checkbox must be unchecked by default and positioned directly below the phone number field.
