Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier may apply to text messages sent to or received from Spring Mountain Rehab. Spring Mountain Rehab is not responsible for carrier charges.

How to Opt Out or Get Help

• To stop receiving messages: Reply STOP to any text message from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• To get support: Reply HELP to any text message, or contact us directly at (702) 869-4401.
• Opting out will not affect your clinical care. You may continue to receive appointment calls from our staff by phone.

Our Keep In Touch contact form collects your phone number. Immediately below the phone number field, we include an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox for patients who wish to receive text messages from Spring Mountain Rehab.
