Spring Mountain Rehab is a non-residential facility. Our mission is to provide a better quality of care for a better quality of life. Our senior professional staff provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, respiratory therapy, pulmonary function testing, speech and language pathology and psychosocial services We have developed a multi-disciplinary pulmonary program and served as a satellite facility for Cedars-Sinai, the Mayo Clinic, and U.C. San Diego Medical Center as part of the Medicare funded National Emphysema Treatment Trial. In addition to being a federally licensed Comprehensive Outpatient Rehab Facility, we are also licensed as an Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility and provide on-site Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT's). Spring Mountain Rehab is federally certified under Medicare regulations.
